French knickers spotted alive and well

A few days ago I lamented the apparent demise of French knickers, but deep in the far reaches of various websites, it appears that the species may be endangered but is not yet extinct.

blog imageDianne thinks she saw some in the window at Calvin Klein and hopes there will be a revival, while Elizabeth found several pairs at Figleaves.com, including black satin ones by Elle Macpherson and these pink spotty ones by Lepel.

blog imageMeanwhile, Nicola, frustrated at not being able to find any French knickers is now selling her own classic designsbased on the 1940s and 1950s at SophistiKitten. Made from silk satin and georgette, they start at £25.

Fantastic news, eh girls? All is not yet lost...
